Q. When I click on Activate Key in the Welcome screen I get a message saying that the protection software cannot be found.

A. This software is only needed if you have a HASP key. It is included when you install Elevate from the CD. If the CD is not available, you can download it here. The file hinstall.exe needs to be put in the c:\Program Files\Elevate folder (or other folder if you chose to install Elevate in a different place).
